Mt Doreen Project (EL 26040) - Northern Territory (100% CUU)
Brief reconnaissance work on the Mt Doreen project was designed to follow up previous data reporting anomalous uranium up to 220ppm U recorded in granites inside the lease (NTGS Open File reports). These results correspond to the zones with the most elevated uranium channel response from regional radiometrics. This first pass reconnaissance did not locate any areas of elevated uranium, however given the brief non-systematic nature of the follow up further work is warranted.
A sample taken from the Wolfram Hill workings in the north of the lease area returned copper assays of 15.1% copper and 0.185 g/t gold and 45 g/t silver (See table 1). Whilst probably not representative of the overall mineralisation at Wolfram Hill, it is of interest.
